Friedrich Wilhelm Nietzsche was best known as a German philosopher back in the late 19th century. He was also a cultural critic, poet, philologist, composer, essayist, and scholar of Greek and Latin literature. His works in philosophy have had a lasting impact in Western modern philosophy and intellectual history today.

Nietzsche's philosophy covered topics on truth, cultural theory, language, history, morality, meaning of existence, power, aesthetics, nihilism, and consciousness. His works remain controversial due to his criticism on religion, namely Christianity. He believes that Christianity is a "transvaluation" of human instinctive values,  and that humans were meant to follow nature's programmed course to become a "superman", where one craves for power and self-drive.

In this collection, we will learn about the works of Friedrich Nietzsche and his philosophical ideas and how they influence Western philosophy today. There are  116 rare and vintage books on a single DVD. These books have been published from the late 1800s and early 1900s.

Take a look at the sample pages taken from just some of these books in the collection.
